I spent my whole afternoon watching TV like some couch potato
honestly, you might think it comfy and all, but I felt damn lazy and fatt
plus,I got a headache.
I tried singing the chorus of '4 in the morning' again in one breathe and my headache went to the max!
I think Gwen Stefani has gigantic-sized lungs or smth
OR she has good breathing techniques!
breathing techniques: hold a piece of chou tou fu[smelly beancurd] under your nose and hold for about.. an hour? 2hours?
